Job Description
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handling cash, credit/debit, and gift card payments using a POS system.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering menu questions, resolving complaints, and upselling items.
- Order Management: Taking dine-in or take-out orders and ensuring accuracy before delivering to the kitchen.
- Cash Handling: Balancing the register at the start and end of shifts, including counting money and processing refunds/exchanges.
- Maintenance: Cleaning the register area, restocking napkins/straws, and sometimes cleaning tables
- Banking : Daily cash Deposit in bank
