Position: Restaurant Manager

Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff effectively, and drive the restaurant’s profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Staff Management:Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing during peak hours.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any issues proactively.
• Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer experiences by resolving complaints and maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Financial Management:Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and waste reduction.
• Marketing and Promotions:Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events to attract new customers.
• Build relationships with regular patrons and local businesses to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role for at least 5 years.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
