Restaurant Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities:Billing & Order Management

• Process orders accurately on POS platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, internal POS).
• Generate correct bills and ensure pricing, taxes, and offers are applied properly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to track order preparation status.

Dispatch & Packaging Coordination

• Ensure correct items are packed as per order and brand standards.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for timely and smooth handover of orders.
• Verify order labels, rider details, and dispatch timing.

Daily Reporting & Data Entry

• Maintain basic daily sales, order count, and dispatch reports.
• Update simple inventory consumption or wastage entries if required.
• Share end-of-shift reports with the Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager.

Operational Support

• Support the shift team during peak hours by managing order flow.
• Flag delays, billing errors, or operational issues immediately to seniors.
• Follow all SOPs related to billing, dispatch, hygiene, and safety.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, Excel/Google Sheets).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Clear communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome.
• Prior experience in QSR / cloud kitchen operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.
