Job Description
- Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in customers and understand their specific usage needs, such as gaming, office work, study, or professional business.
- Product Demonstration: Explain technical specifications—including processor, RAM, storage, and graphics—in simple terms for the customer.
- Sales Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for laptops and add-ons like extended warranties and software.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and following up on inquiries.
- Store Management: Maintain appealing product displays, monitor stock levels, and ensure the store environment is clean and professional.
- Administrative Duties: Handle billing, payment collection, and documentation while maintaining accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
