Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our chemical trading business. The role requires excellent communication, strong coordination abilities, and customer relationship management skills. In addition to sales responsibilities, the candidate will also assist with basic HR functions and day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical trading sector

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Address client concerns and provide timely solutions

Build long-term relationships with clients

HR Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and documentation

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

Support basic HR administration tasks

Operations & Coordination

Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks

Manage internal communication across departments

Support documentation, invoicing, and order processing

Ensure smooth workflow between sales, accounts, and logistics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of sales processes

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
