Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our web-based software solutions EzyLabel and EShipIT. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and supporting marketing initiatives to expand market presence—especially within Pharma R&D, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Regulatory environments.


Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop to perform sales activities, demos, presentations, and remote meetings.


Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for EzyLabel and EShipIT software solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients including Pharma R&D teams, Packaging Engineers, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions (online and onsite).
  • Understand customer pain points and propose suitable software solutions and customization options.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, webinars, and product promotions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop sales collaterals, presentations, case studies, and demo content.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in defining go-to-market strategies for new features or upcoming software products.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact during pre-sales and early onboarding stages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for implementation, training, and post-sales support.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage renewals, upselling, and referrals.
