Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Overview We are looking for a Sales & Support Executive who will be responsible for calling leads, handling client queries, follow-ups, sales coordination, and customer support for our Social Media Marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a professional approach towards client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Calling new and existing leads

- Explaining social media marketing services clearly to potential clients

- Regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers

- Handling customer support queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email

- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

- Maintaining lead and client data using Google Sheets or CRM tools

- Preparing daily and weekly reports for calls, follow-ups, and conversions

- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (Marathi is a plus)

- Confidence in calling, follow-ups, and client interaction

- Basic understanding of sales and customer support processes

- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets

- Prior experience in a social media marketing agency is an advantage
