• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Handle client follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales support.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, online promotions, and lead campaigns.
• Coordinate branding, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Support offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
• Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements for better reach and conversions.
