Position: Sales Co Ordinator (Premium Segment)

-Location: Marol, MumbaiWorking: Mon–Sat | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMCompensation: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month (growth-based role)

-Role Nature• Introduce Plus Barrels to selected companies from provided database• Conduct 15 meaningful business conversations daily (not mass calling)• Position company capabilities — no selling, no chasing• Share brief introduction material post discussion• Move interested clients to next stage internally• Maintain conversation records in tracking sheet

-What This Role Is NOT• No telecalling targets• No repeated follow-ups• No price negotiation• No push selling• No data-entry job

-Ideal Candidate Background• 1–3 years in customer interaction / coordination roles• Exposure to service, hospitality, front-office, or voice-based roles preferred• Comfortable speaking with business owners / managers• Early-career professional looking for long-term growth

-Skills Required• Calm, clear speaking style• Structured communication• Ability to listen and respond thoughtfully• Professional tone (not aggressive, not casual)• Basic Google Sheets / email usage

-Work Style Expected• Quality of conversation over quantity of dialing• Represent a premium manufacturing brand• Filter serious enquiries, not chase volume• Maintain composed and confident interaction

-Tools Used• Google Sheets (tracking)• Email & WhatsApp Business (structured communication)• Zoom coordination when required
