Sales Co-ordinator

Job description

1. Daily receiving inquiries through mail.

2. Preparing Quotations as per specification.

3. Effective quotation follow ups with customers & dealers.

4. Should know Finalization of Commercial terms & conditions with direct customers

Like – Price negotiations, G.S.T, Freight Charges, Deliveries & Transportation of goods with payment term negotiations.

5. Processing of received orders from potential customers.

6. Coordination with the production department to ensure timely delivery as per Purchase Order.

7. Should have Knowledge of Scanning potential areas to add new customers & develop new inquiries.

8. Sending mails to old customers from data to generate New Inquiries.

9. Dealers develop in that area where the company expects business. Require experience in dealer Business and Handling.

10. Coordination with dealers for new Tenders & GEM related business.

11. Cold calling to old customers to generate new inquiries as well as maintain relationships with them.
