Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, handling customer communication, and ensuring smooth order processing. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records, tracking orders, and assisting the sales team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with sales executives regarding client requirements and order updates.
• Order Processing Receive and process customer orders in the system.
• Coordinate with the production/warehouse team for order dispatch.
• Ensure accurate documentation for invoices, dispatch, and delivery.
• Customer Communication Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product information.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordination with Internal TeamsWork closely with logistics, accounts, and production teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch and resolve order-related issues.
• Sales Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain CRM or sales tracking systems.
