Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to inquiries received from various sources
- Understand customer requirements and application needs
- Present technical solutions, system architecture, or proposed offerings
- Follow up with prospects to maximise order conversion
- Handle customer interactions and negotiations effectively
- Collect and track customer feedback
- Maintain and grow customer relationships for business expansion
- Provide product awareness and technical knowledge to existing customers
- Visit potential clients when required for project discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams for complete project execution
- Ensure strong and healthy relationships with customers
- Provide regular updates and reports to HOD/MD
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
