๐ Job Title : Business Development Manager - EdTech
๐ Location: Remote ( Pure Work from Home)

Unischooly is a live online learning platform focused on building logical thinking, problem-solving, and academic confidence in students through structured coding programs. We work closely with parents to deliver meaningful learning outcomes through teacher-led live classes.
๐ฏ Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will own the growth, conversion, and revenue for our programs. The role involves managing leads, demos, sales teams, partnerships, and process improvement to drive consistent business results.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role.
๐งฉ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive enrolments through demo-to-conversion strategies
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Analyse sales funnels and improve conversion ratios
- Work closely with pre-sales and teachers to close deals
Lead & Funnel Management
- Handle inbound, outbound, and partner leads (DSA, paid ads, etc.)
- Improve lead quality through scripts, qualification, and follow-ups
- Coordinate demo scheduling and post-demo conversions
Strategy & Process
- Design and improve sales scripts, follow-up flows, and SOPs
- Identify gaps in customer journey and fix leakage points
- Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging
Parent Engagement
- Ensure transparent and ethical communication with parents
- Handle escalations and high-value conversations
- Build trust-based long-term relationships
๐ Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in EdTech sales / business development
- Proven experience in sales or counselling teams
- Strong understanding of demo-based selling
- Experience with CRM, lead tracking, and sales dashboards
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
โญ Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in K12 EdTech / Coding / Online Learning
- Exposure to DSA or lead partnership models
- Ability to scale processes from startup to growth stage
