1.Lead Generation & Outbound ProspectingConduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential business clients using provided databases.

Identify and qualify prospects by evaluating their business needs and financial requirements.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of "warm" leads through persistent follow-up and relationship building.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Need AnalysisEngage business owners in meaningful conversations to understand their expansion plans or cash flow needs.

Schedule high-quality meetings or site visits for the field sales team or senior consultants.

Ensure all scheduled appointments are well-vetted to maximize the conversion probability.

3. Lead Conversion & Document ManagementConvert qualified leads into active loan applications by presenting suitable financial products.

Educate clients on interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.

Collect and verify necessary KYC, financial statements, and business registration documents required for the credit assessment.

4. File Processing & Disbursement SupportCoordinate between the client and the credit/underwriting team to resolve any queries or documentation gaps.

Track the file status through various stages of the approval process.

Facilitate a smooth closing process to ensure timely disbursement of funds to the client.
