Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Both freshers and experienced candidates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, and project clients.
• Promote and sell Myco’s range of earthing, lightning protection, and electrical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any field (Engineering background is an advantage but not mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident personality with a self-driven and motivated attitude.
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales is preferred.
