Roles and Responsibilities

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Complementary Studio Membership worth Rs 6250/ month.

 Maintain coordination between the management, sales team, and

operations.

 Contribute to maintaining employee relationships and identifying areas for

improvement.

 Ensure efficient use of software tools and MS Excel for HR activities.

 Support the development and implementation of organizational policies.

 Conduct customer calls to identify needs and provide solutions.

 Maintain and update the client database, ensuring regular follow-ups.

 Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying

potential new clients.

 Develop domain-specific sales plans and propose targets aligned with

business objectives.

 Participate in strategic decisions related to business expansion and growth.

 Collaborate with business leaders to determine sales plans that meet

organizational needs.

 Innovate and suggest new ways to enhance programs and services.

 Demonstrate excellent negotiation and analytical skills to achieve objectives.

 Prepare and deliver impactful presentations as required.

 Prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining strong organizational skills.

 Remain self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets.
