About the Role

Giftana India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs, and providing customized gifting solutions to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Understand client requirements related to corporate gifting
• Suggest suitable gift options and curate customized hampers based on client needs and budgets
• Present product offerings effectively and highlight value propositions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close corporate gifting deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate gifting, product sales, or a similar sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
• Good understanding of products and ability to present them effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate gifting industry or B2B sales
• Experience in handling customized or bulk order sales
