SALES PROFILE 


Role ObjectiveTo develop, manage, and grow business from Public Sector Banks (PSU/PSB) in __________________________ by promoting electronic security, surveillance, fire detection, access control, and monitoring solutions


The role focuses on relationship-based consultative selling, tender participation, and key account management.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop business opportunities in PSU Banks, Regional/Circle/Zonal offices & other locations of the Bank.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Security Heads, IT/Operations Teams, Admin. Teams and Bank Management

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — enquiry generation, solution presentation, techno-commercial discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure

  • Coordinate and participate in EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender processes

  • Work closely with technical, projects, and service teams for solution design and delivery

  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue & margin targets

  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans

  • Promote AMC, monitoring services, and device health management offerings

  • Track competition, pricing, and market trends

  • Ensure timely payment collection and documentation compliance




  • Key Skills & ExperienceMin. 5 years Experience in BFSI / System Integration / Security Electronics / Fire & Safety industry

  • Strong understanding of:

  • CCTV, Intrusion/Burglar Alarms

  • Fire Alarm Systems

  • Access Control & Time Locks

  • Auto-dialers & Monitoring Platforms

  • Knowledge of Bank security guidelines (RBI / IBA / Insurance compliance)

  • Familiarity with tenders, empanelments, and PSU procurement processes

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work with project and service teams and manage multi-location deployments

  • QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (preferred)

  • MBA or background in Sales/Marketing (added advantage)

  • 5–10 years of relevant industry experience

  • KPIs / Performance MetricsNew account acquisition and business growth in PSU banks

  • Order booking and revenue achievement

  • AMC & Monitoring service penetration

  • Customer satisfaction and retention

  • Tender success ratio

  • Payment & collection discipline

Work LocationMumbai — with travel to Maharashtra & Western India PSB branches and offices as required.
