Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Commercial Kitchen Solutions


Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell commercial kitchen equipment and solutions to clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, hospitals, and institutional kitchens. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial kitchen segment
  • Promote and sell kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigeration units, cooking ranges, dishwashers, and storage systems
  • Meet architects, consultants, chefs, purchase managers, and business owners to generate leads
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical proposals
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable kitchen solutions
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams for layout planning and project execution
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality, or B2B sales)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic technical understanding of kitchen equipment is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Experience:-

  • Experience working with hotels, restaurants, or food service industry
  • Knowledge of kitchen layouts and equipment specifications

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

  • Sales revenue achieved vs. target
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate of leads
  • Customer retention and repeat business

Work Environment:-

  • Field sales role involving client visits and site inspections
  • Coordination with internal teams and vendors
  • Occasional travel depending on project locations
