Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Develop new client relationships through networking, cold calls, and marketing. Maintain and expand the customer base by partnering with clients and understanding their needs. 
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and market insights to clients. Stay informed about real estate market trends, competition, and local market conditions. 
• Property Showings & Sales:
• Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Present properties and services appropriately to meet client requirements. 
• Negotiation & Deal Closure:
• Prepare competitive offers and negotiate terms for buying, selling, or leasing properties. Guide clients through the closing process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. 
• Sales Performance:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating revenue.
