Working Days & Timings:- Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Summary:

Business Design Lab Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive business growth across our Loans and Insurance verticals. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective coordination with internal operations and external financial partners.

Freshers with strong communication skills and sales mindset are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Loan products, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance services.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth case processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for closures and renewals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and client databases.
• Support senior management in business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
• Freshers are welcome; experience in sales/financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of loans and insurance products (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
