Job Description
● Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities across B2B and B2C segments
● Convert leads into paying customers through strong follow-up and sales execution
● Generate new leads through outreach and prospecting efforts
● Build and maintain relationships with business clients, facilities managers, caretakers, and families of elderly or disabled individuals
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Acc-Red products and solutions
● Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handover and execution after closure
● Follow up on payments and support commercial closure of deals
● Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system
● Support institutional and corporate sales efforts when required
