Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with experience in the Diagnostics, Medical, Healthcare, or Pharma industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and executing effective strategies to achieve business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate revenue through sales and client acquisition.
• Plan and execute field visits along with office-based work (Hybrid role).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
• Utilize digital platforms and social media for business promotion.
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Diagnostics / Medical / Healthcare / Pharma industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales strategies and market research.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).
• Understanding of social media marketing is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
