Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Director / Managing Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our jewelry consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in jewelry retail, manufacturing, or luxury sales, with the ability to build strategic relationships and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify and onboard new clients (retailers, manufacturers, distributors)

Manage and grow existing client relationships

Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team’s performance

Conduct market research and identify industry trends

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis

Represent the firm at industry exhibitions and networking events

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in jewelry / luxury retail sales

Strong understanding of gold, diamond, and silver markets

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

Target-oriented and business-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)

Established network within the jewelry industry
