Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Generate quality leads through multiple sourcing channels (brokers, CP network, online portals, field activities).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and walk-in prospects.
• Regularly follow up with leads and convert them into site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans clearly to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and ensure smooth conversion from lead to booking.
• Handle the complete closing process including documentation, token payment, and booking formalities.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports for sourcing, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
• Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and marketing team for seamless customer experience.
• Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, and market trends to improve sourcing strategies.
• Participate in weekend events, site promotions, and other on-ground activities to boost closures.

Requirements:

• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads from multiple platforms
• Real estate sourcing experience preferred
• Target-oriented and proactive
