Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with newly acquired clients. The ideal candidate will combine marketing skills with client management abilities to help grow our customer base and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Identify and generate new business leads through marketing campaigns, networking, and outreach.

Contact potential clients via calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.

Schedule and conduct introductory meetings or presentations with prospective clients.

Convert qualified leads into new clients and support the sales closing process.

Manage and track leads using CRM or internal tracking systems.

Handle onboarding of newly acquired clients and explain services, timelines, and processes.

Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the initial stages of engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Support marketing activities such as campaigns, promotions, and market research.

Provide feedback from clients to improve services and marketing strategies.

Prepare regular reports on leads, client acquisition, and conversion performance.
