Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for Heelix Protech’s AIS-135 compliant FIRE SAFETY solutions. The role combines market development, lead generation, client engagement, and closing of orders across OEMs, transport authorities, fleet operators, EV manufacturers, mining, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers for FIRE SYSTEMS
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Convert leads into purchase orders (POs) and achieve sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, STUs, fleet operators, and corporate clients

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, email campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms
• Promote Heelix products through brochures, presentations, and case studies
• Support participation in trade shows, seminars, and customer awareness programs
• Study market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer needs

Technical & Product Promotion

• Explain technical features such as Govt. Standard compliance, system architecture, response time, and safety benefits
• Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, demos, and installations
• Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales discussions

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up logs
• Track leads, conversions, and order pipeline
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and service teams for order execution and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, industrial products, automotive, EV, fire safety
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions

Preferred Profile

• Experience in fire protection systems, electrical/industrial safety, automotive components, EVs, or government projects
• Knowledge of AIS-135, MoRTH standards, or regulatory compliance (added advantage)
• Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable with B2B sales cycles
