Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive based in Mumbai to handle travel

enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and support tour coordination activities. This is a work-from-home role,

ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and interest in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company-provided leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages

• Follow up with prospective clients to close bookings

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking execution

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory fluency in Marathi

• Fluency in Hindi or English (both preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel

• Ability to work independently from home

• Prior sales or travel industry experience is an advantage
