Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our premium range of LED lighting products. The role involves field visits, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. This is a high-earning opportunity with attractive salary + lucrative incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Identify and canvass new customers including electrical contractors, dealers, distributors, architects, consultants, builders, government projects, and corporate clients.

Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote LED lighting solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting products and solutions.

Work closely with lighting designers, M&E consultants, architects, and project teams to secure design wins and specifications.

Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and feedback to provide insights to the management.

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, visit reports, and CRM updates.

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues for high satisfaction.

Participate in sales promotions, schemes, and trade activities to boost visibility and sales.

Requirements / Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in field sales (experience in electrical, lighting, LED, or building materials industry preferred).

Graduate (any stream); Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently in the field.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Valid two-wheeler with driving license (must).

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM usage.
