Job Title: Sales Officer / Relationship Manager – Micro LAP


Location: Vashi / Kalyan / Karjat


Role Summary:

We are looking for a field-driven Sales Officer / Relationship Manager to source and manage Micro LAP (Secured Business Loan) customers. The role involves lead generation, customer assessment, documentation coordination, and end-to-end loan processing while maintaining portfolio quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Micro LAP customers through DSAs, connectors, channel partners, and field visits
  • Identify eligible self-employed customers with property-backed funding needs
  • Conduct customer profiling, income assessment, and site visits
  • Collect and verify documents (KYC, income proofs, bank statements, property papers)
  • Conduct PD, customer profiling and document collection
  • Work closely with branch credit, ops, and collections teams
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end execution from login to disbursement
  • Achieve monthly business targets
  • Track local market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners


Eligibility Criteria: HSC(with LAP HL loan sales experience) / Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)



Experience:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Micro LAP / LAP / Home Loan sales
  • Strong local network in Mumbai & nearby regions
  • Good knowledge of property types: Gaothan, Sale Deed, SRA, Slum, Tin Shade, Society
  • Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
  • Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
  • Basic understanding of credit concepts and Micro LAP documentation
