Job Title" Sales Trainer & Performance Manager Field Sales Operations

We operate through structured field teams, CRM-based reporting and performance-driven systems. We are building a disciplined, scalable field sales engine across cities.


🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Trainer & Performance Manager who will:

  • Build structured sales modules
  • Train field teams on pitch, objection handling and discipline
  • Monitor performance quality
  • Identify weak performers
  • Improve conversion ratios
  • Standardise outreach processes


This role combines training + performance governance.

This is not a classroom-only trainer role.


🔥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales Module Development

  • Create structured pitch decks & scripts
  • Develop onboarding playbooks
  • Design objection-handling frameworks
  • Build call flow & meeting flow guidelines
  • Create SOPs for field outreach


2️⃣ Training & Development

  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires
  • Run weekly refresher sessions
  • Role-play field scenarios
  • Train managers on performance control
  • Ensure clarity of concept delivery


3️⃣ Performance Monitoring

  • Review CRM dashboards daily
  • Monitor call recordings & meeting recordings
  • Identify pitch gaps & behavioural issues
  • Audit quality of onboarding submissions
  • Recommend corrective action


4️⃣ Team Evaluation & Selection

  • Assist in shortlisting strong candidates
  • Evaluate field readiness before deployment
  • Recommend retention or exit based on performance


5️⃣ Continuous Improvement

  • Track conversion ratios
  • Reduce free-only onboarding” behaviour
  • Improve meeting-to-conversion rate
  • Create performance scorecards
  • Build structured growth pathway for sales team

🎓 Eligibility

  • 5–10 years experience in field sales / sales training
  • Experience managing or training field sales teams
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process
  • Comfortable reviewing CRM and reporting systems
  • Background in FMCG / Telecom / Real Estate / BTL / SaaS preferred


💼 Compensation

₹6 LPA + performance-linked variable

(Depending on experience and capability)

We are looking for someone who can build structured systems and enforce performance standards — not just conduct motivational sessions.
