About the Role:


We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Supervisor / Secretary to assist a Chartered Accountant (CA) in managing daily operations, client coordination, and office administration. The role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

• Handle calls, emails, and manage the CA’s appointments and calendar.

• Coordinate with clients for documents, compliance deadlines, and payments.

• Maintain digital and physical records, invoices, receipts, and MIS reports.

• Assist with audit, taxation, GST, ROC, and other compliance follow-ups.

• Supervise support staff and ensure smooth workflow within the office.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Business Administration).

• 3–7 years of relevant experience; prior work in a CA or professional services firm preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of accounting/tax basics or Tally preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
