We are a Mumbai-based logistics and transport company with a growing presence across Western and Southern India. We provide reliable and timely cargo, transport and logistics solutions to our clients across multiple sectors. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Person to setup, oversee and grow our operations across various geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup branches and booking offices/franchises for business expansion
• Oversee day-to-day transport operations across outstation branches.
• Monitor branch performance, ensure timely deliveries, cost control, and service quality.
• Plan and conduct regular visits to out station branches for supervision, coordination, and improvement.
• Coordinate with branch managers, local staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve operational issues, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
• Report regularly to the Mumbai office on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Handle client escalations and ensure service levels

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and team management
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to outstation
• Experience in Transport/Logistics Industry will be an added advantage
