1. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

• Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at the site.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Maintain site discipline and safety standards.

• Ensure quality of construction as per engineering standards.
• Inspect materials and work executed at site.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants for design compliance.

2.Planning & Coordination

• Prepare work schedules and site execution plans.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and project management teams.
• Arrange materials as per site requirement.

3.Billing & Documentation

• Verify contractor bills and measurements.
• Maintain site records, reports, and daily progress reports.
• Ensure documentation related to approvals and project records.

4.Problem Solving

• Identify technical issues at site and resolve them efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and supervisors.
