Job Description
Customer Service Executive – International Voice & Chat Process
Shift: Night Shift Only (Interested candidates in night shifts can apply)
Locations: Malad / Thane / Airoli / Ghansoli / Andheri / Vikhroli
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home) + Performance Incentives ( + Other Allowance )
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat
- Assist customers with telecom, broadband, connectivity, and banking-related queries
- Provide accurate information and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant services and features when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs
Preference:
- Immediate joiners
