Job Description

Customer Service Executive – International Voice & Chat Process


Shift: Night Shift Only (Interested candidates in night shifts can apply)


Locations: Malad / Thane / Airoli / Ghansoli / Andheri / Vikhroli


Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (Take Home) + Performance Incentives ( + Other Allowance )


Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and chat
  • Assist customers with telecom, broadband, connectivity, and banking-related queries
  • Provide accurate information and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant services and features when required
  • Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to process guidelines


Eligibility Criteria :


  • Education: HSC / Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Skills Required:


  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs

  • Immediate joiners
