Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in print production to join our printing company. The candidate will be responsible for creating print ready designs for eco solvent and HP digital printing machines, including large-format graphics and customized wallpaper designs. The role requires strong technical knowledge of print files, color management and production coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign artwork for large-format printing including vinyl, wallpapers, posters, branding materials, and marketing collaterals
• Prepare print-ready files compatible with eco-solvent printers and HP digital printing machines
• Develop customized wallpaper designs according to client specifications and site dimensions
• Ensure correct color profiles, resolution, bleed, and finishing guidelines
• Coordinate with machine operators to ensure smooth production output
• Modify and resize artwork as per production requirements
• Conduct pre-press checks before sending files for printing
• Communicate directly with clients for design approvals and revisions
• Maintain organized design files and job records
• Stay updated with print trends, materials, and finishing techniques
• Required Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW)
• Strong understanding of large-format printing and wallpaper panel layouts
• Knowledge of RIP software and color management
• Experience designing for eco-solvent and HP printers
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Strong creativity and visual sense
• Attention to detail and production accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Educational QualificationsDiploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Certification in print design (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience2–4 years of experience in a printing or advertising company
• Experience in large-format printing and wallpaper design is highly preferred
• Working EnvironmentFast-paced print production environment
• Close coordination with printing and finishing teams
