Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers to confirm Shopify orders, verifying order details, handling customer queries, and reducing cancellations through effective communication. The role also includes coordinating with the dispatch team, maintaining order records, following up on pending orders, and requesting customers to share product reviews after delivery. The ideal candidate should have prior sales or tele-calling experience, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and a confident, customer-friendly approach

Key Responsibilities

* Call customers to confirm orders received via Shopify

* Verify customer details including address, contact number, and product information

* Handle customer questions related to products, pricing, and delivery

* Follow up on pending, unconfirmed, or COD verification orders

* Maintain daily reports of confirmed, cancelled, and pending orders

* Provide feedback on customer issues and buying behavior

* Convince hesitant customers and reduce order cancellations
