Job Description

Haver Standard India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and dynamic Lead Generation & Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales initiatives. This role involves managing a team of 6-8 sales professionals, driving active lead generation, managing customer relationships, and coordinating closely with our manufacturing factory for production updates. This is primarily an in-office, desk-based role with minimal travel required to meet clients or visit partners when necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess strong presentation skills for MIS reporting and product pitching, ideally with a technical background to effectively understand and communicate our product offerings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a mid-sized organization poised for significant expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads globally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential international clients and partners.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of 6-8 sales professionals.
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular review meetings.
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented sales environment.
  • Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Lead product presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  • Handle key negotiations and closing of deals.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
  • Coordination with Production & Operations:
  • Regularly communicate with the factory to get updates on production schedules, lead times, and product availability.
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve any client-related production issues.
  • MIS & Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management on sales activities, performance, and market insights.
  • Conduct product pitch presentations and technical briefings as needed.
  • Travel & Representations:
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, exhibitions, or factory visits.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and meetings.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Preferably with a technical background (engineering, manufacturing, or related field) to understand and explain technical products.
  • Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a growing mid-sized company.
  • Comfortable with minimal travel and full-time in-office work.
