Job Description
Job Title: Senior YouTube Manager
Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai
Experience Required: 4–6 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 7 to 8 lacs + Incentive as per company policy
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze YouTube channel performance using YouTube Studio
- Track views, watch time, CTR, retention & subscriber growth
- Plan and manage YouTube content calendar
- Upload and post videos with optimized titles, descriptions & tags
- Improve video performance through SEO & optimization
- Coordinate with video editors and content team
- Monitor competitors and YouTube trends
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics & algorithm
- Experience in managing and growing YouTube channels
- YouTube SEO & content optimization
- Video posting & channel management
- Basic understanding of thumbnails & CTR improvement
Who Can Apply:
- Candidates with prior YouTube channel management experience
- Experience in brand / business / educational channels preferred
