Showroom Sales Executive

Job Description – Showroom Executive (Billing & Operations)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Showroom Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our showroom. The role involves handling customer interactions, billing, coordination, and basic inventory management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing for walk-in customers accurately and efficiently
• Attend to customers visiting the showroom and assist them with their requirements
• Maintain and update sales entries in Tally
• Manage WeFast / local delivery bookings and coordination
• Support overall showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain basic inventory records, track stock movement, and coordinate for replenishment
• Ensure proper display and organization of products in the showroom
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Tally and billing processes
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in retail/showroom operations is preferred
