Site Supervisor

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PERSON WHO HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION AND RCC RELATED WORKS AND MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AUTO CAD.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required

1. RCC & Architectural Plan Interpretation

Ability to read, understand and execute work as per RCC drawings, architectural drawings and site specifications.

2. Concrete Calculation & Material Knowledge

Proficient in calculating concrete quantity required for slabs and other structural components.

Must have a clear understanding of concrete mix proportions including M25, M20 and other related grades.

3. Labour Handling & Supervision

Capable of managing labour teams on site.

Provide clear guidance and instructions to workers as per the directions of the Project Manager/Site Engineer.

4. Problem-Solving & Work Progress Management

Ability to identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Should ensure continuous progress of work and avoid delays.

5. Arrangement & Resource Management

Ensure timely arrangement of materials, tools, equipment, shuttering, scaffolding etc.

Coordinate with vendors/suppliers when required.

Additional Requirements

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible towards site activities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
