Social Media Content Creator & Meta Ads Creative Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, data-aware Content Creator who understands how content performs in the Meta ecosystem (Instagram + Facebook) and can turn ideas into high-engagement posts and high-converting ad creatives.

• What you’ll doCreate Instagram-first content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand tone and trends
• Design scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta Ads (static, carousel, and video)
• Edit short-form videos that are engaging, fast-paced, and retention-focused
• Apply strong hook strategies (first 2–3 seconds matter) to maximize watch time and CTR
• Adapt content for performance marketing — not just aesthetics
• Understand and implement key Meta concepts like:
• 
  
• Thumb-stopper creatives
• Hook–Value–CTA framework
• UGC-style ads
• Creative testing and iterations
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, and algorithm behavior
• What we’re looking forProven experience creating content for Instagram and Meta Ads
• Strong video editing skills (Reels-style editing is a must)
• Clear understanding of what works on Meta platforms and why
• Ability to think from a user psychology + performance lens
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines while experimenting creatively
• Ability to deliver consistently and meet deadlines
• Tools (any or similar)CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects
• Canva / Figma / Photoshop
• Meta Ads creative best practices knowledge
