Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, video editing, and creating engaging reels/short-form videos. This role requires someone who can plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar and consistently produce high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Plan campaigns, posts, reels, and stories for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ensure content consistency with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.

2. Content Creation

• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, graphics, and captions.
• Shoot and edit short videos for social media.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and audio trends.

3. Video Editing

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
• Add captions, transitions, effects, and music to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

4. Platform Management

• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Ensure timely responses and community engagement.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Provide monthly performance reports and suggestions for improvement.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Experience creating reels and viral short-form content.
• Ability to plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with brand campaigns or digital marketing teams.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
