Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sourcing channels such as channel partners, brokers, and referral networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and sourcing partners
• Generate qualified leads through channel sales, alliances, and direct sourcing
• Ensure high-quality lead flow aligned with sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion
• Track sourcing performance and optimize channels for maximum productivity
• Conduct regular training and engagement programs for channel partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and RERA guidelines
• Maintain MIS reports on leads, site visits, bookings, and closures
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand market presence
