Job description

Lead Generation & Sourcing

• Generate quality leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and field sourcing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to ensure regular business flow.
• Conduct site activations, field campaigns, and local marketing initiatives to increase visibility.

Channel Partner Management

• Onboard new channel partners and maintain existing relationships.
• Share project updates, inventory details, pricing, and offers with CPs.
• Track CP performance and ensure continuous engagement.

Site Visits & Closures Support

• Coordinate and facilitate client site visits.
• Support sales teams in negotiations and closures when required.
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct regular market reconnaissance (recce) to understand competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
• Share market insights with sales and management teams.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily MIS on leads, visits, CP activities, and bookings.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and site teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management.
