Sr. Manager-Account Payable

Role:

Managing the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, purchase, payable, collection & vendor account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead and supervise the Accounts Payable team

·        Oversee end-to-end invoice processing and payment cycles

·        Ensure timely vendor payments (NEFT / RTGS / Cheque / Online transfers)

·        Monitor and improve AP processes and internal controls

·        Scheme analysis & follow up for credit note on timely basis

·        Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve escalated discrepancies

·        Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations

·        Review and approve payment proposals and vendor reconciliations

·        Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

·        Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams

·        Prepare AP aging reports

·        Maintain and monitor vendor master data

·        Support internal and external audits
