Steward

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Steward to deliver excellent food and beverage service. The ideal candidate should ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt, polite, and efficient service while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a polite and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Ensure proper table setup before and after service
• Assist guests with menu selections and respond to queries
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B service preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts
