Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Daily Store OperationsOversee smooth opening & closing of the store.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the parlour at all times.
- Monitor stock levels of ice creams, cones, cups, packaging, and other consumables.
2. Customer Service & Experience
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a premium service experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
. Sales & Revenue Management
- Track daily sales, targets, and performance.
- Upsell combos, new flavours, seasonal products, and add-ons.
- Ensure proper cash management, billing accuracy, and POS operations.
