suite of contract manufacturing services (including design, development,

manufacture, sterilization, and logistics), marketing and sales services, as

well as a diverse range of market-tested products that are sold to Custom

Procedure Pack Manufacturers, Medical Device Manufacturers and Dealers. We are

currently searching for a talented individual who will assume a high level of

responsibility for client and business development

in Mumbai.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always in accordance with ISO13485.
  • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P’s) in place relevant to your work activities.
  • Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System and relevant standards.
  • Lead and execute S&OP processes for aligned customer groups which includes analyzing previous demand behavior (statistical forecast, seasonality etc.) and integrating inputs from Marketing, Finance and Regional S&OP Teams, to create an unconstrained baseline monthly forecast for key products for submission to Region EMEA.
  • Lead the collaborative process with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, finance etc.) in all activities surrounding forecast review and submission (forecast analysis reports, validation against in market activities etc.)
  • Act as key point of contact for aligned customer groups to ensure strong visibility of product availability and/or supply issues back through the supply chain.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to support the demand and planning requirements of one-off product life cycle events (e.g. product launches, discontinuations etc.)
  • Ensure alignment with Regional and Global S&OP process by maintaining effective, documented, and sustainable S&OP processes for aligned customer groups.
  • Responsible for maintaining on-target performance for the UK Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) KPI Lead Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) level inventory planning & replenishment processes for assigned products and customer groups, ensuring optional inventory levels to balance supply needs with cost considerations in line with Company targets and needs.
  • Responsible for ensuring optimal balance between customer service levels and inventory asset utilization through the S&OP process.
  • Monitor slow moving products and take action to minimize write-off costs, manage order placement in alignment with the approved S&OP forecast, working closely with other colleagues in the logistics team.
  • Produce reports/analysis for internal and external customers, to drive excellence in supply chain execution and continuous improvement
  • Lead external customer meetings, exploring opportunities for collaborative demand planning and improvements to service levels.
  • Performs other job functions as required by the team.


QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial Eng., business management or a related field
  • Experience working in supply chain management, demand planning or material planning function.
  • Excellent analytical, organization and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong mathematical capabilities and the ability to extract data from multiple sources.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Prior experience with Demand Solutions is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the global sales, inventory and operations planning process
