Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Function:

• Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews with candidates
• Shortlisting candidates and sharing their details with hiring managers.
• Scheduling and confirming interviews according to the hiring manager's and candidates' availability.
• Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Preparing HR-related reports on Google Sheets.
• End-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintaining a proper follow-up with the candidate.
• Willing to work in the desired time frame.
• Excellent Sourcing skills in IT and non-IT positions.
